I have only 3 things to say about SEO

It’s the Long Tail all the way!
Keep it clean folks…I’m referring to Chris Anderson’s latest book. If you haven’t already read it, DO.
Content, Content, Content! (with a dash of html and a side of social marketing, please)
Write it, distribute it, link to it, twitter, stumble, digg, de.licious and reddit It. Use a title and subtitle and learn about meta tags, title tags and alt tags in the HTML code (HREF title tags are also a great tool). They are important!! Use RSS, learn how to “ping” and make sure you know all the eZine posting places (ie: ezine.com) and free press release distributors (24-7.com).
Social –> SEO –> Web2.0 –> oh my!
Translation: If you’re not connecting your SEO strategy with social marketing, you’d better go back to direct mail and cataloger-one-way talk-at-me-marketing (IMHO). Don’t write a blog and not know your top keywords. DO twitter using keywords and urls. Don’t write an article and not use keyword links in it. DO stumble/digg/de.licious/reddit with keywords and title tags. Etc, etc. I’m a social marketing maniac these days – me, a social butterfly…imagine that? – and I am loving the SEO connection here. It’s like I’ve gotten a 2nd life! (pun intended)

Couldn’t agree more, Susan. Social networking is going to be like air in the next couple of years. We won’t remember what the Internet was like BEFORE Web 2.0. Scary to think that some people still don’t know how to define Web 2.0, but that’s a whole other article…
Long live LTB!
